Penogacat's Yolina

Like Hunter and Charlotte, we got Yolina from a breeding closure near Frankfurt. She was a wild beauty in black and silver tabby, one of a kind. A secret cuddler and snuggler who seemed aloof but simply went her own way. Yolina had a litter in her breeding program. So, there are children living somewhere, perhaps even her grandchildren, and she lives on in them...

She was still very young when she suddenly died of a serious illness. Unfortunately, we simply didn't have enough time together. She often cuddled with Kurama, in particular. The two got along very well and often shared a basket and affection. She loved sunbathing in the outdoor enclosure. It felt like a wildcat. She was an exceptionally good singer, a dream of wilderness in the living room.

Even today, I can hardly comprehend the loss. Cats are simply very strong animals who never show weakness, and if they do, it's usually when it's too late. That's how Yolina was. Strong and independent, but still often a little clown with a mischievous streak. We will always carry her in our hearts and always remember and enjoy the little time we had together.
